My Vision: To cultivate communities of compassionate resonance that embrace both living and dying well; a world where we mindfully steward the Earth and honour the natural cycles to foster true, universal healing and our ascension.
Daniel J. Rocha, known for his former business, Nu Moon Guidance, is a sound healing practitioner, certified bio-well practitioner, astrologer, and visionary. He now lovingly refines his mission under his new brand, Held in Harmony.
For years, Daniel has been a dedicated student of metaphysics, and continues to prove its concepts through his work. His practice is built on a foundation of rigorous study and hands-on experience:
Sound & Vibroacoustics: Having spent the last three years facilitating sound healing events, and working 1:1 clients, Daniel uses frequency and vibration to regulate the nervous system, open the heart space, and build community resonance.
Astrological Guidance: Through serious studies in Astrology, Daniel decodes the planetary frequencies, cycles and themes to guide others on their journeys to their highest good.
Energy Science: As a certified Bio-Well Practitioner, Daniel provides a clear, data-driven window into the body, its energy centres, and meridian pathways, bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and modern science.
Earth Stewardship: Committed to regenerative design, Daniel integrates permaculture principles in his work to build community resilience—one where we return to live in harmony with one another as stewards of the land, even beyond this lifetime.
Death Doula in Training
Daniel is currently deepening his capacity to hold the most sacred of spaces as a student in the Home Hospice Association Death Doula Training Program and completing HPCO Training through Evergreen Hospice.
Daniel’s business is built on radical transparency, ethical care, and a commitment to helping his community face life’s changes with an open heart.
